A business intelligence company is looking for a Customer Support Professional. This position will be responsible for order management and conducting communication with customers to ensure that all requirements are met. This is a long-term temporary position.
- Meet defined standards for quality and productivity such as agreed volume, service and quality targets, etc.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure all customer requirements are met
- Communicate and collaborate with customers and internal colleagues in a variety of locations across the globe
- Conduct online maintenance to ensure customer access
- Escalate delays to appropriate parties
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1+ years of working experience in a related field, such as sales support, order-to-cash roles, etc.
- Customer service and data interpretation skills
- Ability to work on shifts
- SAP, Salesforce, and Siebel proficiency is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal proficiency in Japanese and English
