A renowned asset management company is looking for an Investment Operations professional. The selected candidate will support trade processing, portfolio monitoring, market analysis, and operational risk control while working closely with the investment team.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply knowledge of financial markets, asset management, and ESG requirements
• Process and execute trades within risk, trading, and compliance guidelines
• Oversee pre- and post-trade workflows, including portfolio, trade, and risk reporting
• Monitor portfolio reconciliations to support accurate and efficient operations
• Identify operational risks and suggest process improvements or system upgrades
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, and market participants to provide market insight and support portfolio analysis

Requirements:

• Interest in financial markets and asset management
• Knowledge of trading, financial instruments, and portfolio management concepts
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
