RFP/ RFP

A multinational asset management company is seeking a Client Reporting professional. The selected candidate will support questionnaire and reporting tasks, including RFIs, RFPs, consultant reports, and GIPS reporting. This is a long-term haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare RFIs and RFPs for existing and prospective clients
• Assist in creating consultant reports and liaise with global SMEs via email in English
• Review and support the preparation of GIPS reports using internal tools
• Collect, process, and organise performance, portfolio, and company data
• Manage document downloads, translations, and uploads to internal databases
• Provide support for ad hoc requests and project-related tasks

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in an asset management firm, trust bank, or similar, handling RFIs, RFPs, investment reports, or marketing tasks
• Basic knowledge of investment products
• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and functions (vlookup, sum, sumif, etc.) Ability to manage time and multitask independently with flexibility during peak seasons
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
