投資銀行アソシエイト/ Investment Banking Associate

A top-tier multinational investment bank is looking for an Investment Banking Associate for its Debt Capital Markets team. The selected candidate will support capital raising, M&A execution, and strategic advisory services while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing investment banking activities across capital raising and M&A
• Leverage prior experience to strengthen execution and advisory capabilities
• Contribute to building and expanding the bank’s franchise in Japan
• Manage and mentor analysts by guiding workflow and providing feedback
• Support client development through research, trend analysis, and business tracking
• Deliver clear communication and ensure accurate information flow within the team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–8 years of relevant investment banking or related experience
• Prior experience evaluating corporate transactions and structures
• Experience in financial analysis and creating financial models
• Possess a valid JSDA licence
• Native level Japanese; business level English
