アナリスト／アソシエイト/ Analyst/Associate

A global investment firm is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join its dynamic team. The selected candidate will support full-cycle investment activities, from deal execution to value creation across portfolio companies. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support deal execution, including financial modelling, due diligence, and structuring
• Develop and maintain financial models (LBO, DCF, comparables) for investment evaluation
• Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for investment committees and LPs
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to implement strategic initiatives and drive growth
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Conduct market and industry research to support investment decisions

Requirements:

• 2-5 of experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or Big 4 TS team
• Background in healthcare sector is preferred
• Proficient in financial modelling and valuation (DCF, LBO, etc.)
• Native level written and spoken Japanese; fluent level written and spoken English (Korean or Mandarin is a plus)
