シニアエンタープライズサービスマネージャー/ Senior Enterprise Service Manager

An international investment banking organisation is looking for a Senior Enterprise Service Manager. The chosen candidate will be managing the day-to-day execution of programs within the department. This a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth operation of the department including proper product delivery, escalation and resolution of high exposure items, maintaining balance of cost, control and client service
• Monitor monthly management reports for timely and accurate delivery of core products and services
• Assist Section Managers in identifying gaps in daily operations and develop action plans
• Oversee scope management for all Enterprise Services products and services
• Meet with internal client representatives to identify needs for new Enterprise Services products and enhancements
• Assess outstanding risk associated with daily exceptions and expedite resolutions
• Ensure standard suite of products and services is competitive, strategic, well defined and critical to clients
• Act as liaison for large scale firm-wide initiatives, assessing needs and identifying appropriate Enterprise Services resources
• Build and foster effective working relationships with peers across the firm
• Develop staff members through appropriate recruiting, training, performance management and succession planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 10-15 years of experience in a professional office setting
• More than 5 years of management experience
• Experience in vendor negotiation and management
• Experience in business analysis and process improvement
• Proven people management and development skills
• Strong communications and presentation skills
• Bilingual level Japanese and English
