An international financial services company is searching for an Investor Relations & Capital Raising Associate. The successful candidate will lead equity fundraising from private growth equity funds. This position is based in Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation of presentations for investors
• Assist in managing the due diligence processes
• Contribute to discussions about the equity story
• Enhance and support fundraising initiatives
• Lead timely sharing of information to existing lenders
• Organise monthly shareholder and general meetings

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of work experience with knowledge of finance
• Prior experience in investment bank, private equity, FAS, or finance corporate planning positions at international financial institutions is ideal
• Understanding with social impact or financial inclusions
• Knowledge in MS Office Suite or Google spreadsheet
• Proficient in Japanese and English
