金型エンジニア/ Mold Specialist

A global technology company is looking for a Mold Specialist. The selected candidate will be in charge of the press mold design, production management, troubleshooting, maintenance, and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage press mold production
• Design mold structures using 3D modeling and CAD/CAM
• Support prototype mold trials and mass production launch
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze defects, and implement improvements
• Coordinate with domestic and overseas mold suppliers and manage quality
• Plan and execute mold maintenance programs
• Propose technical solutions aimed at cost reduction and yield improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Practical experience in the design and manufacture of press molds
• Design experience using CAD (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Experience analysing and resolving molding defects
• Knowledge of mold structures and characteristics of metals and resins

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience designing press molds for electronic or precision components (consumer products is preferred)
• Experience negotiating or coordinating with overseas mold manufacturers
• Experience improving costs through VA/VE activities
• Proficient in Chinese or English
