設計（MEP）マネージャー/ Design (MEP) Manager

A global real estate organisation is seeking a Design (MEP) Manager. The selected candidate will oversee MEP design development and ensure technical excellence across all project stages. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead MEP design development aligned with the Basis of Design (BOD)
• Review design documents to ensure technical compliance and constructability
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and external consultants
• Coordinate with overseas and JV design teams to align design intent
• Manage technical review processes with engineering, project management, and construction teams
• Review key construction-phase documents including shop drawings, method statements, and test scripts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering
• More than 7 years of experience in MEP design or construction within an architectural design firm, engineering consultant, general contractor, or MEP specialty contractor
• Experience in reviewing design and construction documents for technical compliance and coordination
• Knowledge of building systems, particularly those applied to data centres or
  mission-critical facilities (HVAC, power, fire protection, etc.)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in data centre or mission-critical facility projects
• Prior experience coordinating design between Japan and overseas engineering teams
• Familiarity with international design standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, etc.)
• Possess valid Professional Engineer, or equivalent certification
