デザインビジネスアナリスト/ Design Business Analyst

A foreign consultancy company is looking for a Design Business Analyst. The chosen candidate will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting requirements from business users, focusing on life insurance products.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops and interviews with Japanese-speaking business users to document requirements and pain points
• Analyse and document business processes and workflows for life insurance products
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for web, backend, Salesforce, and COTS systems
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and developers to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Demonstrate products, gather feedback, and optimise solutions
• Participate in user acceptance testing and validation of solutions
• Understand capabilities, features, and limitations of supported products to drive process automation and standardisation
• Ensure IT deliverables comply with Japanese insurance market regulations and requirements
• Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Support change management, training material creation, and delivery in Japanese and English

Requirements:

• Experience in the Life Insurance domain
• Understanding of the overall workflow of insurance operations (sales, contracting, and claims)
• Experience in customer management, policy admin, claims, or operations within insurance IT is preferred
• Exposure to Agile methodology, DevOps, and Security vulnerability management is a plus
• Background in batch processing, integrations, or complex legacy modernisation programs is a plus
• Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2+)
