プロダクトマネージャー/ Product Manager

An international optical company is seeking a Product Manager. The selected candidate will drive product development, marketing concepts, and strategic launches across global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop product concepts and propose new solutions
• Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives from concept to launch
• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to produce launch assets
• Partner with global marketing to refine content and share best practices
• Work with R&D to craft compelling product stories and differentiation strategies
• Implement PDCA improvements based on market and retailer insights

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in product marketing or a similar role
• Proficient in project management
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in the lens industry or retail
