技術セラミックススペシャリスト/ Technical Ceramic Expert

A global advanced materials manufacturer is seeking a Technical Ceramic Expert to drive innovation and regional development across Asia. The selected candidate will lead product optimisation, support customer solutions, and ensure smooth collaboration between regional and global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D and product optimisation projects for ceramic materials tailored to the Asian market
• Conduct research and analysis on technology trends and competitors
• Support sales teams with technical expertise and solution promotion
• Provide advanced technical support to customers including testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Oversee technical qualification and homologation of new products and customers
• Coordinate cross-country projects and ensure effective technical communication between global and regional teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in materials science, ceramics engineering, or chemical engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in technical ceramics or advanced materials (international exposure is a plus)
• Proficient in Japanese; fluent level English (Mandarin or Korean is ideal)
