営業担当/ Sales Representative

An international engineering company is seeking a Sales Representative. The successful candidate will drive domestic sales expansion of current sensors, manage customer relationships, and coordinate business activities with global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Drive domestic sales expansion of current sensors
• Understand customer requirements and provide optimal technical solutions
• Cultivate new customers and expand business opportunities
• Prepare and execute business plans to achieve sales targets
• Conduct product market and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with headquarters and overseas production plants in Switzerland, Beijing, and Bulgaria
• Coordinate various sales-related projects
• Manage sales processes including pricing, quality support, and delivery schedules

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering
• More than 3 years of experience in sales within the electrical parts industry in Japan
• Electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering background
• Knowledge and experience in power electronics
• Experience working in international environments and cross-cultural communication
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general PC applications
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including Switzerland, Bulgaria, China, and Malaysia
• Native level Japanese; business level English
