フィールドアカウントマネージャー/ Field Account Manager
A global engineering technology solutions company is looking for a Field Account Manager (FAM). The selected candidate will drive regional sales growth by developing territory plans, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored solutions that achieve volume and margin targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an annual Territory Management plan to achieve sales volume and margin targets
- Monitor territory performance and adjust strategies to maximise results
- Classify and develop customers based on business potential and ensure appropriate account coverage
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new customer opportunities while directing inquiries to the most effective sales channel
- Collaborate with Inside Sales Specialists and cross-functional sales teams to pursue key opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across existing and prospective accounts
- Prepare and present proposals and quotations aligned with pricing guidelines and customer needs
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, services, technologies, customer organisations, and market trends
- Utilise CRM daily to manage leads, forecasting, account activities, and reporting
- Monitor competitor activity and provide timely market intelligence to sales management and marketing
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support delivery, installation, and technical solutions
- Manage opportunities through a structured sales process, ensuring each stage is completed effectively
- Maintain and manage business relationships through customer-supplier portals
Requirements:
- Knowledge of competitive products
- Understanding of the sales process
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically 30–70% of the time and openness to relocation depending on territory
- Possess a valid driver’s licence and the ability to obtain automobile liability coverage
