セールスエンジニア/ Sales Engineer

A global food and beverage equipment company is looking for a Sales Engineer. The selected candidate will drive technical sales, support channel partners, and bridge customers with internal teams to win and execute projects. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Support regional sales with technical presentations, demos, and consultations
• Translate complex customer needs into viable technical solutions
• Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and influencers in Japan
• Deliver fast, high-quality technical support to channel partners and customers
• Coordinate projects and orders between customers, partners, and Customer Service
• Provide training, post-sales support, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is ideal (Associate's Degree with extensive relevant experience is welcome)
• 5-8 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales, or
  Application Engineer role (commercial foodservice equipment or a related B2B industry)
• Experience working with distributors, consultants, and key accounts in the Japanese market
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, food production workflows, and electromechanical systems
• Prior knowledge of the sales process and the ability to link technical
  solutions to business value for the customer
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level written and verbal Japanese and English
