法人アカウント営業マネージャー/ Corporate Account Sales Manager
A global electronics manufacturing company is looking for a Corporate Account Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive profitable growth by developing strategic relationships, expanding existing corporate accounts, and securing new long-term contracts through a consultative sales approach.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth within assigned corporate accounts in close collaboration with the territory sales team
- Build and strengthen relationships with high-potential accounts to understand current and future business needs
- Analyse customer data and reporting insights to forecast performance, identify opportunities, and optimise contract outcomes
- Develop partnerships with key decision makers to increase share of supply and long-term account value
- Apply a consultative sales approach to frame customer procurement challenges and demonstrate partnership value
- Facilitate strategic customer meetings to align business objectives and ensure seamless contract execution
- Provide regular analysis and reporting on sales targets, KPIs, customer activity, market trends, and competitors
- Develop strong internal and external networks to support best practice sales execution
- Build deep knowledge of product ranges, technologies, sales processes, and value-added services
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in corporate account management or strategic business development
- Proven experience in sales with a strong track record within an industrial or technical B2B environment
- Proven experience managing corporate accounts and developing new business opportunities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems
- Experience with contracts, supply agreements, and account planning
- Native level Japanese
Preferred requirements:
- Experience working within a matrix organisation
- Knowledge or experience in e-commerce solutions
- Business level English
