アカウントマネージャー/ Account Manager
An international advanced materials science company is looking for an Account Manager. The selected candidate will manage key customer relationships, protect market share, and drive sustainable revenue growth through accurate forecasting and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain point of reference position and defend market share
- Resolve customer issues related to delivery, quality, and product change notifications
- Collaborate with business units to develop and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Engage with customer procurement teams to understand needs and drive satisfaction
- Analyse customer forecasts to provide accurate demand and revenue projections
- Ensure consistent communication with internal stakeholders to align customer strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in science, technology, engineering, chemistry, or business
- 3-5 years of experience in the Japanese semiconductor process and industry landscape
- More than 5 years of Business-to-Business sales experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management
- Skilled in forecasting, data analysis, and logical problem-solving
Preferred requirements:
- Experience with Miller Heiman sales methodology
