エリアセールストレーナー/ Area Sales Trainer

A multinational industrial manufacturer is looking for an Area Sales Trainer. The selected candidate will develop and implement effective sales training programs to support internal teams and external partners. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver sales training programs across multiple formats and audiences
• Implement learning solutions based on global frameworks and evolving industry trends
• Strengthen field coaching by supporting leaders with tools and strategies
• Track and assess training effectiveness and refine programs accordingly
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders to align and localise training initiatives
• Stay current on industry trends to innovate and elevate training delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university
• 8-10 years of experience in sales, key account management, and sales management role
• Skilled in planning and managing area level projects and collaborating with global teams
• Fluent level Japanese and English
