販売マネージャー/ Sales Manager
An international industrial engineering company is looking for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive national sales strategy, lead a high-performing team, and accelerate revenue growth through strategic account management and market expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and shape national sales strategies and growth opportunities
- Manage contract sales for key and competitive accounts
- Identify and assess new market opportunities to expand revenue streams
- Lead solution presentations and negotiations to secure successful transactions and contracts
- Formulate and execute sales plans while leading and developing the sales team
- Train team members on best practices and ensure delivery of KPIs
- Monitor market trends and leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to enhance business performance
- Manage customer-facing activities, including production demonstrations and presentations
- Build long-term partnerships with customers and business partners
- Drive sustainable sales performance with strong accountability for revenue targets
- Prepare monthly forecasts, sales reports, and annual budgets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering field
- More than 8 years of B2B sales experience with prior sales leadership experience
- Proven experience in solution selling and achieving sales targets
- Ability to manage forecasting, reporting, and budgeting processes
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Proficient in English
