営業マネージャー/ Sales Manager
An international electronic components company is looking for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead the territory sales team, shape customer procurement strategies, and drive sustainable sales growth through strong leadership and strategic customer partnerships. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the country sales plan and contribute insights to strategic business reviews to achieve regional objectives
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team with clear goals and a customer-first mindset
- Own and grow key customer relationships while expanding the customer base and identifying new growth opportunities
- Analyse customer data, segmentation, and market trends to optimise sales and marketing effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across a matrix organisation to improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Represent the business at roadshows, exhibitions, and customer events to strengthen brand presence and relationships
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of B2B sales experience
- More than 5 years of experience in sales team management within the electronic or MRO industry
- Proven experience consistently achieving sales targets
- Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft packages
- Native level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Significant local experience in a sales management role within the large MRO supplier industry
- Experience in complex distribution businesses or solution providers
- Experience with MRO procurement strategy, eProcurement, sourcing, or inventory solutions
- Knowledge of sector customers or competitors, including manufacturing, automotive, industrial, government, aerospace, defence, transport, utilities, or facilities management
