テリトリーセールスマネージャー/ Territory Sales Manager
A multinational technology solutions company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts, developing new customer segments, and executing territory sales strategies in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while driving pipeline growth
- Develop and execute short- and long-term territory growth strategies using CRM and sales tools
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting via phone, email, and social media
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver lead generation initiatives and customer engagement events
- Support customer decision-making through product positioning and demonstrations with application engineering
- Identify new accounts and opportunities by monitoring market and industry trends
- Execute global key account strategies within the assigned territory
- Evaluate and report on sales agent and distributor performance, including commission structures
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and business reports
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, including quotations and product information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of sales and account management experience
- Experience selling highly technical capital equipment
- Proficient in value-based selling, prospecting methods, and territory management
- Skilled in presentation delivery, communication, organisation, and time management
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%, including domestic and periodic international travel
- Business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Technical degree
- Experience selling software solutions
- International sales experience
- Knowledge of polymer and rubber markets
