営業サポートマネージャー/ Sales Support Manager

An international marine and energy solutions company is looking for a Manager, Sales Support. The selected candidate will lead global sales support activities, technical proposals, project initiatives, and market analysis while driving commercial execution and team development.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate global sales support activities with customers and international sales teams
• Support quotations and negotiations through technical and commercial alignment
• Lead project management initiatives, including new product introductions and cost optimisation
• Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs to generate business insights
• Prepare reports and strategic inputs to support commercial decision-making
• Engage directly with customers to enhance sales activities and execution
• Contribute to business growth through cross-functional collaboration and team leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in an engineering or business-related field
• More than 5 years of experience in marine or industrial machinery manufacturing
• Proven experience in team leadership or management with operational execution responsibility
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in sales, sales support, or marketing
• Familiarity with SAP
• Knowledge of stern tube seals, bearings, or mechanical seal products in the marine industry
