市場開発マネージャー/ Market Development Manager

A global plastic manufacturing company is looking for a Market Development Manager. The selected candidate will drive market expansion and profitable growth by translating hyperscale and datacenter customer needs into advanced material and system-level solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Engage hyperscale customers to translate system requirements into mechanical, thermal, and structural material solutions
• Build strategic partnerships with tier-1 OEM/ODM partners from concept development through mass production
• Develop and execute market development strategies across datacenter and high-performance computing sectors
• Collaborate with R&D and product teams to shape new material platforms aligned with emerging technology trends
• Identify growth opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and accelerate profitable business expansion
• Manage strategic customer relationships, market intelligence, and executive-level engagements to strengthen the sales pipeline

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (engineering discipline, polymer, chemistry or related science is ideal)
• 5-10 years of specific market experience with proven time/project management and priority management skills
