販売マネージャー / Sales Manager
A global IoT company is looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth in the South Korea market. The selected candidate will expand market presence through B2B sales development, client acquisition, and full-cycle sales execution for fleet management solutions. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Represent telematics and GPS tracking solutions to enterprise clients across multiple industries
- Develop and expand the South Korea market through strategic prospecting and business development
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators and key clients
- Promote fleet management solutions across logistics, agriculture, construction, and car-sharing sectors
- Track and manage sales activities using CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to support sales growth and customer success
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of B2B sales experience in system integration, telematics, IoT, or technology sectors
- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and managing long sales cycles
- Skilled in using CRM systems to manage detailed sales data
- Proficient in written and verbal English (B2+); proficient in Korean
