営業部長/ Sales Manager

A global manufacturing company is seeking a Sales Engineer/Manager. The selected candidate will develop client relationships, deliver technical expertise, and manage projects from specification to implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the retrofit HVAC segment
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users to secure product specifications
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients
• Provide expert guidance on fan motor selection and integration for air conditioning systems
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and retrofit solutions to improve system efficiency
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation support
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements
• Provide feedback to product development teams for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
• More than 10 years in HVAC or related industry, preferably in fan motors or air conditioning components
• Proven experience in retrofit projects and specification sales
• Experience in sales management
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and fan motor technologies
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in written and verbal English (TOEIC 750+)
