APAC 販売マネージャー/ APAC Sales Manager

A global industrial technology company is looking for an APAC Sales Manager - Industrial Business. The selected candidate will drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and oversee business development. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of APAC sales strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including OEMs and power generation companies
• Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to identify opportunities
• Oversee the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
• Collaborate with global sales teams to align regional and global objectives
• Report on sales activities and market trends to senior management

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of commercial experience in the power generation industry, with bearing manufacturing companies
• Deep knowledge of the power generation turbine market in APAC
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets
• Ability and willingness to travel within Japan and internationally within APAC
• Fluent level Japanese and English; additional languages beneficial
