プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A global machinery manufacturing company is looking for a Project Manager - Manufacturing Execution Systems. The selected candidate will lead pharmaceutical MES software projects, manage stakeholders and budgets, and ensure successful delivery with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead domestic and international pharmaceutical MES software projects
• Manage project budgets, resources, and overall delivery execution
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and serve as the main contact for customer requests
• Deliver products and services while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Guide project team members, run status meetings, and prepare project reports and documentation
• Support sales activities, improve project management processes, and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a business administration and engineering or computer science is required (Master of Science degree is preferred)
• More than 3 years of project management experience in software projects (life science/pharma sector is ideal)
• Knowledge of full life cycle value of our customers
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Proficient in project management certification (PMP, IPMA)
