プロジェクトマネージャー – エンジニアリング/ Project Manager – Engineering

A renowned automotive manufacturing company is looking for a Project Manager – Engineering. The selected candidate will lead engineering projects end to end, ensuring cost, quality, delivery, and feature targets are met while aligning stakeholders and project teams. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering projects
• Manage project cost, product cost, quality, delivery, and technical features
• Communicate project expectations, priorities, and progress to stakeholders
• Track milestones, deliverables, and risks using appropriate project tools
• Manage scope changes, identify risks, and implement contingency plans
• Present project status and updates in review, reference, and engineering forums

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or a related field
• More than 10 years of experience from product development in truck or car industry, especially in engineering area
• Experience from and ability to work in a cross functional organisation
• Prior experience with process improvement and project management methodologies
• Knowledge of product and market
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level English (Japanese is ideal)

Preferred requirements:

• Possess valid PMP certification from PMI
