プロジェクト実行マネージャー/ Project Manager Execution

A renowned international manufacturing company is seeking a Project Manager Execution. The selected candidate will lead project execution ensuring safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets are achieved.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project deliverables related to safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets
• Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance standards
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for critical projects
• Lead, coach, and support project teams to develop competencies and remove obstacles
• Manage scope changes effectively while maintaining baseline objectives
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and coordinate technical issue escalations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (mechanical or electrical); Master’s degree is ideal
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management (FMCG is a plus)
• Knowledge of project financials
• Familiarity with installation and commissioning scope and challenges
• Understanding of our Portfolio and Systems design is desired
• Possess valid PMP certification is preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Proficient in Japanese and English
