ビジョンエキスパート/ Vision Expert

A global machinery manufacturing company is looking for a Vision Expert / Field Service Engineer. The selected candidate will handle technical evaluations, installations, maintenance, and customer support while collaborating with global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sample evaluations at customer sites, local facilities, or HQ and manage setup and teardown of equipment
• Handle hazardous materials safely while ensuring compliance with protective measures
• Prepare technical reports and coordinate findings with HQ and sales teams
• Explain evaluation results and provide technical consultations to customers onsite or remotely
• Execute installation, commissioning, validation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment
• Support sales activities, deliver customer training, and liaise with HQ for technical alignment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in physics or optical systems is ideal
• Completed vocational training in a technical field (mechatronics, image processing, electrical engineering, or information electronics is a plus)
• Experience as a vision expert or field service engineer in the pharmaceutical industry (inspection machines is ideal)
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry (GMP, IQ, OQ, validation processes, etc.)
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
