フィールド設計エンジニア/ Field Design Engineer

A global eCommerce and cloud computing company is looking for a Field Design Engineer. The selected candidate will manage facility launch and building network modification projects, overseeing design, feasibility, budget, timelines, construction, and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Lead facility launch and building network modification projects from planning to completion
• Develop layout designs and conduct feasibility studies for new and existing sites
• Prepare project timelines, milestones, and budget estimates to support launch targets
• Manage construction cost, schedule, and quality throughout project execution
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive smooth project delivery
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve project-related challenges effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer
• Experience in project engineer in a manufacturing environment
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working with and managing third party vendors
• Prior experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
• Understanding of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level
