デジタル運用エンジニア/ Digital Operation Engineer

A global environmental services company is looking for a Digital Operations Engineer. The selected candidate will drive digital transformation by deploying and optimising ERP systems and other digital tools to enhance operational efficiency across facilities. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise Odoo ERP and other digital tools to monitor and optimise operational processes
• Support deployment and continuous optimisation of digital systems across facilities
• Collaborate with site operations teams to understand processes, needs, and challenges
• Develop user manuals and comprehensive support documents for digital tools
• Provide technical support and training to site personnel on digital tools
• Communicate benefits and usage of digital solutions to operators and management
• Address resistance to change and promote adoption of digitalisation
• Collaborate with site leaders to ensure smooth transition and minimal operational disruption

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Familiarity with automated reporting and document generation systems
• Passion for digital tools and process optimisation
• Proficient in communication and interpersonal collaboration across diverse teams
• Ability and willingness to travel to facilities approximately once per month
• Fluent level Japanese; basic level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with ERP systems, especially Odoo
• Interest in operational processes
