サービスエンジニア/ Service Engineer

A global industrial machinery manufacturer is looking for a Service Engineer. The selected candidate will handle onsite installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pump systems while providing strong technical and customer support. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and maintain peristaltic pump systems onsite and in the service center
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control issues including VFDs and electronics
• Execute IQ/OQ and ensure systems meet performance and compliance standards
• Manage repairs and warranty claims while coordinating timely replacements
• Propose and deliver proactive maintenance contracts to improve uptime and retention
• Document service activities and provide clear reports while delivering strong customer support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
• Knowledge of electronics and (variable frequency drive) control systems
• Familiarity with mechanical systems and fluid handling equipment
• Understanding of safety standards and regulations relevant to both life
  sciences and general industry
• Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools (e.g., function generators) and service equipment
• Proficient in 2D CAD (3D is a plus)
• Ability and willingness to travel

Preferred requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of peristaltic pumps in the life sciences and/or general industry sectors
• Experience working in a highly regulated biopharmaceutical environment
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet and Profibus
• Understanding of Office 365, PLC programming, and control systems
