高度製造エンジニア/ Advanced Manufactory Engineer

A global motor vehicle manufacturing company is looking for an Advanced Manufactory Engineer. The selected candidate will lead manufacturing planning, feasibility analysis, and process development across global sewing and assembly operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead manufacturing planning to support internal and external stakeholders
• Analyse manufacturing feasibility for sewn, nesting, folding, and assembly processes
• Manage change impacts through risk analysis and customer-facing process explanations
• Act as interface with global sewing manufacturing experts to develop assembly processes
• Conduct DFM, P-FMEA, and cycle time planning during project phases
• Evaluate and select vendors through on-site assessments and performance analysis

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in airbag or automotive interior or structural components development
• Experience in launching 1 or more project
• Understanding of basic manufactory process
• Business level Japanese and English
