フィールドサービステクニシャン/ Field Service Technician

A global machinery and equipment company is looking for a Field Service Technician. The selected candidate will service, maintain, and support machinery while delivering high-quality technical and customer-facing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Service, maintain, and repair Group equipment
• Prepare new machine build requirements
• Commission machinery and provide customer training
• Diagnose machine issues and support problem resolution
• Conduct machine inspections
• Always deliver professional customer service
• Assist in training Apprentices and other staff as needed

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of proven experience as a Service Technician or Light Vehicle Mechanic
• Proven experience within a Service Technician/Light Vehicle Mechanic role
• Experience in foreign companies
• Prior overseas work experience
• Experience in the road industry or the heavy equipment industry
• Basic computer skills
• Possess a valid Australian recognised trade qualification (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Possess a valid Unencumbered Driver's Licence or a Driver’s licence for service cars
• Possess a valid Mechanic licence Type 1 or Type 2 (diesel or gasoline), Construction Machinery Technician Licence, Automotive electrical equipment mechanic
• Proficient in English
