テクニカルサポートスペシャリスト/ Technical Support Specialist

A foreign manufacturing company is searching for a Technical Support Specialist. The chosen applicant will coordinate and deliver technical services, support customers with preventive maintenance, and ensure efficient issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and coordinate response to service requests

• Support key customers with preventive maintenance planning for Intralox equipment
• Schedule and prepare field resources to ensure efficient service delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Provide clear guidance on product usage, setup, and maintenance
• Deliver remote training on proper operation and preventive maintenance
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records and logs
• Monitor lifecycle of installations to ensure services and agreements are executed on time
• Analyse and report insights on trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, engineering, or technical qualification
• More than 5 years of experience in a customer-facing complaint or problem resolution role
• Experience in reading and understanding mechanical and electrical schematics
• Good understanding of Japanese business culture; working experience in a Japanese company is a plus
• Ability to analyse information and solve technical problems remotely
• Excellent communication skills
• Native level Japanese; fluent level verbal English
