生産マネージャー/ Production Manager

A global chemical manufacturing company is looking for a Production Manager. The selected candidate will lead plant operations, safety and compliance, team performance, and continuous improvement to deliver reliable, cost-efficient production.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end production operations to meet schedule, quality, and cost targets
• Set team objectives aligned with site and business goals and drive daily execution
• Optimise production and utility costs, and propose investments that improve efficiency, process, and safety
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for internal and customer complaints to prevent recurrence
• Ensure ESHA and legal compliance through risk assessments, mitigation actions, and a strong 5S-driven safety culture
• Build a high-performing organisation through training programs, performance dialogues, and Lean Six Sigma-driven improvement projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical engineering or chemistry or equivalent educational background
• More than 3 years of experience in operations and management
• Prior leadership skill
• Skilled in performance management
• Understanding of SAP
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma BB or GB
• Business level English
