シニアファシリティスーパーバイザー/ Senior Facility Supervisor

A global advanced semiconductor equipment company is looking for a Senior Facility Supervisor. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end facility operations, manage projects and budgets, ensure compliance, and lead the GA/FM team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead overall facility operations, maintenance programmes, and workplace services to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient environment
• Manage annual facility budgets, expenses, vendor contracts, and cost-optimisation initiatives
• Oversee office expansions, relocations, renovations, and tenant/landlord construction works ensuring project quality and timelines
• Act as the primary liaison with landlords, building management, legal, finance, IT, EHS, security, and global FM teams
• Develop and maintain facility policies, standard operating procedures, and emergency response plans
• Manage space planning, headcount forecasting, workplace strategy, and seating plans in collaboration with HR and business units
• Supervise vendor performance including cleaning, security, HVAC, maintenance, and construction and ensure adherence to SLAs
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, safety standards, and corporate workplace policies
• Oversee physical security systems including access control, CCTV, and coordination with security vendors
• Identify facility-related risks proactively and implement mitigation or improvement plans
• Drive continuous improvement of workplace experience, sustainability, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Experience in facilities management
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in foreign-affiliated companies
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
