サービスマネージャー/ Service Manager

A renowned fitness equipment manufacturing company is looking for a Service Manager. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end service operations while driving a subscription-based service model and ensuring superior customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end service delivery and customer experience
• Drive after-sales product rollout, pricing, and margin performance
• Manage local parts logistics, warehousing, and P&L accountability
• Align subsidiary operations with HQ systems, processes, and reporting
• Oversee service contracts, remarketing, and country trading risk mitigation
• Champion safety-related corrective actions and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or business studies
• More than 10 years of experience in a structured environment with a clear growth path
• Experience in solution selling bundling and monthly rates
• Fluent level English; proficient in Japanese
