外部製造オペレーションリード/ External Manufacturing Ops Lead

A global pharmaceutical organisation is looking for an External Manufacturing Ops Lead. The selected candidate will oversee CDMO performance, drive operational excellence, and ensure reliable, compliant, and high-quality external manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead CDMO performance across delivery, quality, capacity, and responsiveness
• Coordinate cross-functional vendor teams and manage governance and stakeholder alignment
• Drive operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement programs
• Oversee performance reviews, risk management, and supply continuity planning
• Provide technical leadership, including troubleshooting, investigations, and CAPA execution
• Define long-term operational and commercial strategies for external manufacturing partners

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or above
• Experience in crisis management and associated communication
• Subject matter expert in technical or manufacturing aspects related to the portfolio area
• Ability to manage external business partners and relationships
• Prior business and financial knowledge
• Fluent written and verbal English; professional level Japanese
