サイトコミュニケーションリーダー/ Site Communication Lead

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking a Site Communication Lead. The selected candidate will drive strategic communications to strengthen engagement and reputation across internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and implement communication strategies to enhance engagement across global and local stakeholders
• Act as key spokesperson to promote site achievements and brand reputation
• Build and manage a network of site communicators across Japan and global teams
• Develop communication capabilities for GMS/GQ teams in the location
• Lead communication planning and execution for cross-functional and site-level projects
• Maintain tools and channels to ensure effective cascade and localisation of global initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in communications or a relevant domain
• More than 5 years communication or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in managing team with applicable EHS perspectives such as waste, waste water, exhaust gas, noise, GHG reduction, health, and safety
• Prior communication role experience (4R) in large complex organisation(s) with multiple stakeholders (including matrix relationships)
• Business level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in ISO 14001/45001 management system to carry out continuous improvement of site
• Prior experience working in customer relations
• Proven manufacturing and / or QAQC knowledge and experience
• Previous experience in GMP workplace
