受託製造マネージャー/ Contract Manufacturing Manager

A global chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Contract Manufacturing Manager. The selected candidate will manage contract manufacturing partners and ensure high standards in quality, performance, and supplier collaboration. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage contract manufacturing partners and ensure proper engineering, technical, and process safety support
• Lead supplier issue resolution and act as the primary contact for crisis management
• Drive supplier performance management and continuous improvement in quality, service, and cost
• Coordinate communication across internal stakeholders and sourcing/procurement teams
• Ensure supplier adherence to specifications through audits, performance reviews, and data monitoring
• Own supplier-related documentation and performance metric reporting to support safe, reliable operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Science, Engineering
• More than 5 years of manufacturing operations and/or supply chain experience
• Experience as Run Plan Engineer, Raw Material Sourcing Manager, and Site Manufacturing Leader
• Fluent level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing
• Prior experience with Semiconductor (or similar) change control protocols and quality systems
• Knowledge related to production of E&I products
• Understanding of new product introduction, management of change, and root cause investigation
• Possess valid Six Sigma Green belt (or higher) certification
• Possess valid CPIM Part 1 certification
