IWS リード シニア マネージャー/ IWS Lead Sr Manager

A leading international food and beverage company is seeking an IWS Lead Sr. Manager. The successful candidate will lead productivity initiatives, manage IWS implementation, and support global performance alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive factory productivity and identify opportunities to reduce losses
• Propose and evaluate improvement solutions and their impact
• Serve as the single point of contact for global performance and environmental reporting
• Lead IWS deployment and ensure system health and compliance
• Provide training and promote new ways of working (DDS, MDS, STANDARD)
• Mentor and develop the next generation of IWS experts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering is ideal
• Experience in leading TPM (AM, PM, FI, etc.)
• Prior experience in P&G IWS manager is ideal
• Proven experience in FMCG (food or pharmaceutical industry is ideal)
• Excellent coaching skills
• Business level Japanese and English
