安全エンジニアリングスーパーバイザー/ Safety Engineering Supervisor

A global consumer goods manufacturer is looking for a Safety Engineering Supervisor. The selected candidate will lead site-wide safety, health, and environmental programs while ensuring compliance, risk control, and operational safety standards. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) activities across R&D operations and site functions
• Coordinate with internal teams, regional leadership, and external partners to ensure regulatory compliance
• Drive chemical management, occupational safety, emergency response, and sustainability initiatives
• Oversee risk assessments, permit-to-work processes, incident investigations, and safety training programs
• Manage legal compliance, site patrols, security standards, employee health monitoring, and IMS operations
• Support asset integrity and equipment maintenance programs aligned with engineering and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry or other relevant scientific discipline
• More than 5 years of experience in the chemical industry
• Understanding of machinery or electrical systems
• Proficient in reading and written English (speaking is ideal)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in maintenance or engineering
