製造技術マネージャー/ Manufacturing Engineering Manager

A global manufacturing company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager. The selected candidate will lead process optimisation, equipment introduction, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse manufacturing processes and propose improvement measures
• Lead optimisation of existing processes and implementation of new technologies
• Select, install, and manage the start-up of new production equipment
• Promote automation and labour-saving initiatives across production lines
• Create, update, and standardise work instructions and process documentation
• Drive new product industrialisation to achieve QCD targets
• Participate in quality improvement activities and defect reduction initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and propose improvements
• Solve manufacturing issues through cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
• More than 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Experience in manufacturing engineering within a manufacturing industry
• Skilled in processing techniques, automation and robotics, factory layout design, QC methods, defect analysis, process design, quality management systems, 2D/3D CAD, and PLC
• Ability and willingness to collaborate with overseas engineers for technical exchanges
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English
