開発／顧客導入マネージャー/ Development / Customer Implementation Manager

A global data centre solutions company is looking for a Development / Customer Implementation Manager. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end data center development, construction delivery, and customer fit-out projects while ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead data center construction projects from design review through execution, commissioning, and final handover
• Manage scope, safety, quality, schedule, and budget across multiple data center developments
• Coordinate with partner development teams, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver projects successfully
• Oversee procurement processes including SOW and RFP development, tendering, and contractor selection
• Drive customer installation and fit-out projects by defining scope, plans, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Monitor progress, manage change control, mitigate risks, and ensure customer satisfaction through project closeout

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or Information technology
• More than 5 years project/construction management/control experience in Japan and Overseas
• Ability and willingness to travel

Preferred requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience in data centre Core and Shell builds, MEP work, Fit-out work construction, IT system migrations, or installations
• More than 5 years in data center and IT infrastructure services
• Prior project management experience
• Proficient in Auto CAD, Visio, and Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
• Possess valid PMP certification
• Business level English
