サービスレベル1 プロダクトサポートエンジニア/ Service L1 Product Support Engineer

A global renewable energy company is looking for a Service L1 Product Support Engineer. The selected candidate will provide first-level troubleshooting and support for wind turbines to ensure optimal performance and reliability. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, software, and documentation issues for multi-platform wind turbines
• Coordinate with local teams and headquarters to resolve problems efficiently
• Support retrofits and new solutions to improve turbine performance
• Analyse turbine availability and fault data, recommending preventive actions
• Assist in rolling out new tools and applications in the region
• Support turbine commissioning and manage documentation and spare parts service

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in industrial domain
• Background in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or renewable engineering
• Prior background in site work of Grid, Substation, Conventional power plant, Renewable energy power plant (sales supporting, operations, commissioning, trouble shooting, etc.)
• Possess valid electrical, electronic or mechanical technician or engineer qualification
• Proficient in written and spoken English
