シニアシステムエンジニア/ Senior System Engineer

A global engineering company is looking for a Senior System Engineer. The selected candidate will lead system engineering activities across the lifecycle of mechatronic products, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Drive cross-domain technical leadership for mechatronic product development
• Define and manage system requirements, architecture, integration, validation, and release processes
• Improve processes, methods, and tools for systems management
• Oversee project timelines, resources, and progress reporting to leadership
• Develop and apply reuse strategies for system implementation
• Provide technical expertise and propose cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs

Requirements:

• Master's degree or above in engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics)
• More than 5 years of experience as System Engineer, System Controls Engineer, System Architect or similar
• More than 1 year of experience supporting quality and test
• More than 1 year of experience in problem resolution and project management
• Experience in continuous integration and deployment setting
• Knowledge of systems engineering (requirements engineering, system architecture, and testing)
• Prior experience handling Japanese automotive OEMs
• Understanding of feature planning and project management
• Familiarity with technical leadership with Systems Engineering domain
• Background in electrical hardware (ECUs is ideal)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Skilled in Windchill RV&S (Integrity Lifecycle Manager + Source)
• Possess valid Japanese driver’s licence
• Fluent level English and Japanese (JLPT N2+)
