サイトインストレーションマネージャー/ Site Installation Manager

An international packaging products manufacturer is looking for a Site Installation Manager. The selected candidate will manage installation operations, ensure project deliverables are met, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all site activities, including establishment, installation supervision, and commissioning preparation
• Coordinate all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) activities on site
• Ensure project deliverables meet contractual and budgetary requirements
• Plan and execute site phases to achieve milestones within budget and schedule
• Drive productivity through effective use of processes, tools, and project management practices
• Manage scope changes and communicate updates to the Project Manager
• Maintain accurate communication and documentation for all site activities
• Provide input for continuous improvement and process development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in installation, project, or site management within the engineering or service industry
• Experience in beverage and dairy project installation or site management is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and AutoCAD
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites and work outside office hours when required (including some weekends)
• Proficient in verbal and written English
