カスタマーソリューションマネージャー/ Customer Solution Manager

A renowned software company is seeking a Customer Solution Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting innovative solutions for automotive OEMs.

Responsibilities:

• Capture technical pain points of Japanese OEMs/Tier1s and propose effective solutions
• Support sales meetings by explaining market trends, regulations, and conducting proof of concept demos
• Handle technical requirements in RFI/RFQs, collaborating with sales and development teams
• Support advanced customer development and PoC for SDK and prototype evaluations
• Organise technical materials and demos for customer meetings and events, coordinating globally
• Lead exhibitions, conduct demos, and manage technical inquiries at events to promote solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of automotive technology software experience
• More than 5 years of direct customer engagement in the automotive industry
• Experience with automotive functional safety processes (ISO26262, ASPICE, Cybersecurity)
• Understanding of AI and software-based solutions with a strong business focus
• Passion for enhancing road traffic safety and improving driver/passenger experiences
• Technical background in image processing, computer vision, and driver monitoring systems preferred
• Fluent level Japanese and English
